Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L A Love Story Frame

Hi There!
Shell Carman here today to share a vintage frame. This would make a perfect gift for someone special or even a great decoration for your scrap space.
The most common problem I face when creating home décor products and working with wood is that I have trouble getting the embellishments to adhere to the wood and mixed media products properly. The paper always seems to roll off as soon as I have stuck it down and never seems to be able to hold onto mists, especially high shimmer mists. For this project I used the Crafty Power Tape 20″ in Dispenser. This high tac tape sticks easily to even the most shiny and slippery surfaces and won’t move once it is down! You have got to LOVE that LOL!

To achieve some dimension with my layered embellishments I have used some 3D Foam Squares White Mix

I have used my fav product Dodz 3D to adhere the flowers

Back again to share the December Album Kit from My Creative Scrapbook!



The colours in this kit are so pretty. It is a gorgeous mix of red, green, blue & yellow. So different & refreshing for a Xmas collection!

I was thinking of using this a a table centrepiece on Xmas day but my lttle Evil Evie has since peeled off all the stickers & flowers & ripped thm all in to little pieces. GRRRRRR!

I hope your all getting organised for Xmas. Only 2 weeks left YIKES!! Take care & don't get too frazzled during this crazy time XX

My Creative Scrapbook Album Kit

Hi There!

It's time to share my projects using the My Creative Scrapbook November Album Kit.

I'm really interested to hear your feedback on some of these projects as they step away from my usual style. My work is usually girly/pretty style but when scrapping my Son I like to dabble with some funkier styles & a bit of mixed media. Do you like this style? Do you think I should stick to girly/pretty or is it OK to mix things up a bit ????


So this kit is filled with Fancy Pants A good Life. There a LOADS of chipboard stickers to play with & some fun tags & embellies.

I created this weekly family planner for my Hubby. All the scalloped circles are stuck down with velcro dots so you can move or add as needed. Hubby drive me nuts when he calls & says where are you? UM well it's Wednesday 3PM so we are at swimming just like every other Wednesday honey. But he does it every time. He has no clue of mine & the kids movements so now he will know HE HE!!
I'd just like to quickly add a little toot that I have had 2 pages featured over at Bird Is the Word & a page featured at Imaginarium designs!

Altered candle jars & my giveaway winner!

This month at My Creative Scrapbook I got to play with the flower kit. I LUV flowers & Pam always packs this kit with the prettiest flowers you can imagine!


I decided to use these gorgeous flowers to alter 2 candle jars I had sitting on my mantel

All the flowers you see were from the August flower kit & I still have plenty left over! I have used some Graphic 45 Ladies Diary paper, Prima Trinkets & some organza ribbon from my stash

There will be a step by step tutorial on the My Creative Scrapbook blog on how I made these which I will also post here later in the month
