Sassy Scrappers- Teresa Collins Daily Stories Love this

  Hi There!   I'm sharing my last page for May on the Sassy Scrapper blog using Teresa Collins Daily Stories. I have loved fussy cutting the speech bubbles from the Quotes paper. They add a funky, fun feel to the page.  

 

The water colour tag is a gorgeous customised colour embellishment once sprayed.

Mixing some sequins with some Enamel dots adds some texture to the page.

The Decorative Wood Pieces are so cute adding a touch of whimsy.

Once Upon A Sketch- Love you 3

Hi There!
As you can see I have had a play around with my blog & changed the look. I was feeling in a funky mood & decided to go with a fresh, bright look.
What do you think?? I created the header myself but I'm still not 100% sold on it yet. I used Glitz Designs digital Wild & Free.
I'm excited I finally got the chance to play along with Once Upon A Sketch again! It's been a while & it felt so good creating a page that wasn't for DT work for something different.
Here is the sketch created by the lovely Nadia Cannizzo

& this is what I came up with

I just bought some Crate Paper On Trend which has been out for a while but I loved the bright colours & felt like doing something a bit different. To create the background I sprayed some Shimmerz in Tuscan Sun, then used a Prima mask with some Shimmerz Texturez Tidy Widy. I used a shimmerz lid & mist lid to stamp some yellow shimmerz & green lime shimmerz.

The Love you in the title are from the Glitz Design digital Wild & Free kit. The Love was printed on transparent paper & the you on photo paper

I have used a mix of Prima & Kaisercraft flowers. The resin Cameo is from Websters Pages

The chippes are new from Imaginarium Designs . I have just painted them in gesso then used my fingers to dab on some Shimmerz in yellow & Green Lime

The theme for the sketch is Lucky. My journalling reads- I feel so lucky to have 3 happy, healthy, beautiful kids. You always make me smile at the crazy things you do!

This is a pic of Kayla with one of my best friends twins Quinn & Morgan. The girls are such great friends & they had a blast at 'the sleepover' . SO hard to believe that 3 little girls could make so much noise!

I have used the gorgeous Websters Pages In Love collection mixed with Kaisercraft The Lakehouse. The flowers are Manor House Creations These are the gorgeous vintage cars that us girls got to travel in for my SIL's wedding back in March!
