Joy is Contagious- Sassy Scrappers

Hi There! I hope you are all feeling joyful out there! I for one always feel happier when the sun is shining & the footy finals are in full swing! Unfortunately my team didn't make the finals but I still enjoy watching the other teams play! Any way on to scrappy things. I am playing with Kasiercraft Curiosity this month. I'm still fussy cutting everything I can and had a play with a bit of mixed media on this page. I also had a play with my brand new toy which I LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Has any played with the Martha Stewart Circle edge punch?? It is seriously the neatest scrap toy to have been released recently & I love the different circles you can create. From 12X12" to 6X6" circles with lots of interchangeable borders there is lot's of fun to be had with this little gizmo & it is super easy to use! I had a play with a Kaisercraft template & gesso then sprayed some Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Georgia Peach over the top. I let the mist dribble down in some spots. I also flicked some spots of mist in Tattered Angels in Candy Apple Red

This is what I am blabbing on about!! The Martha Stewart Circle edge punch. I have used a 6" circle with Flower Arches cartridge.

Sassy Scrappers- Curiosity killed the cat

Hi There! Curiosity killed the cat......well not literally LOL but this month I am working with Kaisercraft Curiosity collection.
This is such a unique colleection with a mix of orange, black & green. They are sooooooooooooo not my colours but I was so drawn to this collection because everything is put together beautifully. There are some really gorgeous images of flowers, birds & butterflies to fussy cut along with some great journal boxes. 
It is a great collection to scrap those random family photos & suits both masculine & feminine pages.

To alter the wooden bird cage flourish stamp a background using clear ink & clear embossing powder. Set the embossing powder with a heat gun. Spray Heidi Swapp Color Shine in Black Velvet & Georgia Peach. Set with a heat gun again

The wooden clock flourish was painted with Shimmerz Copper
